Regency Roofing - Shakemasters
What are the benefits of a composite roof as opposed to traditional roofs?
Composite roofing systems require no ongoing maintenance and come with a 50-year warranty. These roofs are manufactured using recycled materials and meet high hail impact rating classifications, providing superior protection for your home.Do you use any subcontractors?
We do not use subcontractors and never have. Every member of our team is a direct employee of Regency Roofing - Shakemasters and is covered under our insurance policies. All personnel are hired and trained internally to uphold our standards of quality, integrity, and skilled workmanship. How long will my roof take to complete?
Most residential roofing projects are completed within two to three working days. Certain factors such as larger home sizes, steep roof pitches, complex roof designs, or adverse weather conditions may extend this timeline. How will you protect my home during the tear-off?
Roof replacement involves significant construction activity. Our trained crews take appropriate precautions to safeguard your property throughout the process. We pay particular attention to protecting large windows, screen enclosures, pools, air conditioning units, solar panels, and brick or paver driveways. Tarps are strategically positioned around work areas to capture loose debris. Will you leave a dumpster in front of my home for weeks?
No. We operate our own fleet of dump trucks and equipment, allowing us to remove and dispose of all roofing materials on a daily basis. We maintain a clean work site throughout the project and make every effort to leave your property in excellent condition. What types of warranties do you offer?
We provide comprehensive warranties that reflect our commitment to quality workmanship and premium materials. Warranty coverage varies based on the specific roofing materials selected for your project. Your Regency Roofing - Shakemasters representative can provide detailed warranty information for your particular situation.Do you require a large down payment?
No. We require only a modest down payment to initiate the contract. Final payment is due upon project completion and your full satisfaction with our work. At that time, we will provide you with a release of lien and all applicable warranties. Will you need anything from me when you're here to build my roof?
Each project has unique requirements, but most residential roofing installations proceed with minimal impact to your daily routine. Prior to starting work, your representative will conduct a walkthrough with you to identify and address any special considerations specific to your property.
